Almond acid does not make the skin sensitive to the sun, and therefore can be used throughout the year, and – due to the lack of risk of pigmentation – for people with high phototypes. For this reason, it is often called “summer peel” or “peel for all seasons,” of course, after application, avoid sun exposure and strong tanning, and use sunscreen with at least SPF 30.
